The Rolex China Sea Race, more marathon than sprint, is widely regarded as the ultimate Asian offshore sailing event. The 2012 edition marked the 50th anniversary of the Rolex China Sea Race, which takes competitors from Hong Kong, China to Subic Bay in the Philippines.
